The default PIN code is 4262. You can change it by logging into your Vektori Cloud and navigating to:
Settings → Cashiers → Click the pencil icon next to the cashier’s name.

Please make sure that Vektori POS is properly connected to the payment terminal. You can check this in the Vektori POS app by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner or selecting Actions -> Settings.
Ensure that the correct printer and payment terminal are selected in their respective fields.

Is your payment terminal connected to the network via Wi-Fi or GPRS? The connection to Vektori POS operates over the network.

If you are using a Nets terminal, loes the top-left corner of the terminal screen display “ECR”? What color is the text? You can find detailed instructions here.

If you are using a Viva Terminal, did you connect the terminal by entering your merchant ID and API key? You can find detailed instructions here.

Yes, you can create an account for your accountant in Vektori POS if you have a Plus or Premium plan, as both licenses allow an unlimited number of users.

The Basic plan has a limit of 100 products, while the Plus plan allows 200 products.
If you need more, you can upgrade your plan by contacting support@vektori.io

We invoice for the service starting from the beginning of the next full month. The default billing cycle is 1–3 months, depending on your license (Basic / Plus / Premium).

We recommend downloading all necessary reports before closing your account. You can request account closure by emailing support@vektori.io
