Refunds

In order to refund a sale click on the cogwheel or “Actions” from top right of you Vektori App.

Select “Find receipt” and either “Use last” or “Find using receipt number”.

Once you have selected either option, scroll to the bottom of the receipt and select “Refund with receipt”.

If you want to refund the full receipt, just select the payment method you are refunding and proceed as you would with a normal sale.

In case you only want to refund a specific product/item/service, you can remove others by clicking on the item or items and then selecting “Delete rows”. Do note that this will remove the item(s) from the refund. Once you have the items you intend to refund, select the payment method and proceed as you would with a normal sale.
